| Motion: Starting with a JFAC base of $22,519,200, for fiscal year 2017, | move for the Attorney General, the addition of $216,400
for benefit costs, $148,300 for replacement items, $5,400 for statewide cost allocation, $526,800 for change in employee
compensation, and $647,800 for the 27th payroll. This motion also includes the following line items: $61,500 from the General
Fund for a paralegal to be assigned to the Idaho State Police; $53,400 from the General Fund for a legal assistar
| to the Department of Health and Welfare; 2.00 FTP and the net-zero object transfer of $192,700 of General Fun
_ benefit payments to personnel costs to fund two investigator positions; 1.00 FTP and $51,100 from the General
