CORPORATE WORKSHOP

Leadership for Social Impact is a workshop for commercial executives wanting to engage in a
leadership capacity in the for-purpose (non-profit) sector. This workshop is a unique opportunity to
take a closer look at the critical trends in innovation and sustainability for mission-driven
organisations.
The workshop will examine the size, significance and complexity of the for-purpose sector. In addition
we explore the topics of competition, fundraising, income generation, social enterprise, new social
finance models, theory of change and storytelling. It includes personal reflection, peer dialogue and
we include a panel of experts from organisations including the Australian Institute of Company
Directors, Social Ventures Australia and other experts and specialist practitioners to share diverse
and powerful stories and insights from their experiences as leaders and board directors.
