These items can be executed as in-situ or precast concrete. Included in the Unit rate shall be labour, material, equipment for installation of concrete culverts, according to detail drawings including, but not limited to, the followin: + Setting out with suitable survey instruments + Pouring the concrete (Grade C35 [35 MPa], min. 400 kgim3 cement, 0,4 max. ratio wie) up to the required thickness including concrete mix proportioning, testing, concrete additives & admixtures, placing, compaction and vibration. ‘+ Cement type |, type +6% silica fume (as noted in drawings) according to ASTM C150. * Curing + Removing surplus and waste material 3.13 Drilling pile The unit of measurement will be meter (m) based on IFC drawings. The unit of measurement will be square meter (m?) based net on IFC drawings Included in the Unit Rate shall be labour, material, equipment for supply and installation of formwork for single and continuous footings, foundation beams and slabs, pile caps, grade beams, sleepers, culverts etc... as per detail drawing including the following, but not limited to: + Setting out with suitable survey instruments + Formwork supply, transportation, placing, protection, spacers, stiffeners, holes, pockets + All mould oil, chamfered edges, etc. + Removal of formwork (removal of forms and shores at required date) + Removing surplus and waste material The items for formworks (3.14 through 3.23) shall include: - _ Falsework, fabrication, erection, centering, levelling and fixing in position, and taking all measures necessary to produce the required shapes of concrete. - Scaffolding, and all kind of supporting structures for the formwork, specifically those for the pedestals and pillars of engines/pumps foundations - Forming cambers and chamfers. - Ties an¢ components. - Linings, release agents, surface retarders or other measures necessayy to produce the required finish to the surfaces of the concrete. a \\n
