Reminders

Golden Dreams

Tickets

Early bird tickets are $65 for CHS Students and $75
for outside guests.
These prices will increase by $10 on March 28 th for
both CHS students and outside guests.
Please make all checks payable to Campbell High
School.

Forms
ALL CHS students must fill out a prom form to
be signed by parents/guardians.
This form can be picked up in rooms 103 or 104.
This form MUST be signed by a parent/guardian
even if student is 18 or older.
All outside guests will also be required to fill this
form.
Outside guests cannot be over 21 years of age.

Tardies and Absences

In order to attend prom, students MUST HAVE FEWER
THAN 6 UNEXCUSED TARDIES OR UNEXCUSED
ABSENCES.
No refunds are available for students who have purchased
tickets and then find that they do NOT meet the tardy and
absence requirements.
Students will have an opportunity to makeup these absences
by performing a community service project.

Defreezer.

Dress Code
Please continue to refer to the prom dress code
rules and regulations that can be found on the
school website.
Good news! One small alteration has been
made. Students are now allowed to wear twopiece dresses so long as the gap DOES NOT
EXCEED 1.

Early Dismissal
Students who have purchased a prom ticket and plan
to leave campus early on Friday, April 22nd following
Whos Who must complete an Early Dismissal form.
These forms will be given to interested students in
room 103 or 104 AFTER prom tickets have been
purchased.

Prom Court
Every year, CHS crowns its annual Prom King and Queen (Senior
Class) and Prom Prince and Princess (Junior Class).
Only juniors and seniors are eligible to be nominated.
This years homecoming/hoopcoming king and queen are NOT
eligible to be nominated for prom court.
We will hold nominations for Prom court during next months
homeroom. Be sure to be present if you would like your vote to be
counted!

At Prom
Prom will be held at Opera Nightclub from
6pm-10pm.
Each student and guest must bring their prom
tickets and a valid ID to be allowed entry.
Valid IDs for CHS students include school IDs.
