My senior project involved planning a Halloween party at a daycare

for kids up to 12 years of age. I planned activity stations and assigned
a person to run each station. It was my main job to make sure each
station ran smoothly the whole time and of course that the kids had
fun. There was a great turn out with nearly 100 kids participating.
I have only missed one class in the whole 5-6 years I have attended
college and I am hardly, if ever, late to class. I also make sure to get
my work turned in on time and cant recall ever turning in an
assignment late or not at all.
I have wrote many essays on varying topics for my college English
classes, as well as summaries/reviews about different books in
Crosscurrents. This has strengthen my ability to write by putting my
thoughts into well-constructed, meaningful words.
We had to come up with our own research question related to marine
biology and set forth to answer it through observational research. My
question was: How do tides affect the amount of marine birds
present? I planned days where I would go to different beaches at
both high and low tides, and conduct a bird count. I would also
classify the birds by type into groups using a bird book as reference.
At the end of my research I had to give a presentation to the class
discussing my findings. I used excel charts to visually display my data.
Much like my assumption, my research concluded that there are more
birds at the beach during low tide than high tide. This is most likely
due to the presence of intertidal organisms usually covered by water.
Performed a financial analysis of Bed, Bath, and Beyond Inc. Used
various ratios to assess the financial stability of the company.
