This is the first and last will and Testament of I


Sudhar Kumar Bhose, son of Late Jotish chandra Bose of 24A,
Roy Bagan Street, Calcutta 700 006, I am widower, my only wife
Protima daughter of Late Sailendra Nath Mitra died in 1946.

I appoint my eldest son Prafulla Kumar Bhose as the


sole executor and Trustee of this my Will and Testament.

1.

I hereby given devised and bequeath :


a)

To mo eldest son Prafulla Kumar Bhose the divided


portion of premises No.24A, Ray Bagan Street,
Calcutta belonging to me and the premises No.5A,

Royd Street, Calcutta to be held and enjoyed by him


absolutely for ever.
b)

To my son Pulak Bhose at present residing with his


family in the United Kingdom Premises No. 10,
Sunyat Sen Street in Calcutta as it stands now to be
held and enjoyed by him absolutely for ever.

c)

To my daughter Amita who describes herself as Amita


Roy premises No.3, Royd Street, and premises Nos.
41, 42, 43, 44 Karbala Tank Lane all in Calcutta to be
held and enjoyed by her absolutely for ever.

if he survives her Rs.100/- monthly (Rupees one
hundred) to be paid evry month by my daughter inlaw Arati Bhose and the premises No.45, Karbala
Tank Road shall stand charged for the payment
thereof.

To my employee Bijoy Krishna Kar son of Late Bipin


Behari Kar if he remains in my service at the time of
my death RTs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only).

I give and bequeath my Motor Car, if any, I disposes of


to my son Prafulla Kumar Bhose absolutely.

I have invested some money in Government of India

saving schemes like in years National Plan certificates, 10 years


treasury savings Deposit Certificates, 15 years Post office
cumulative Time Deposit Savings Bank Account 12 years

Certificates, Unit Trust of India and the like and have registered
with appropriate authorizes with respect to some of these
investments my nominee thereof such of these investments as
will be subsisting or outstanding at the time of my death and for
which nominee has been or will be registered, will belong
absolutely to the respective nominee thereof.
ii)

The convey that may be lying at the time of my death in my

death in my account in the Post Offices savings Bank Account s


at Beadon Street, Calcutta will belong to my eldest son Prafulla
Kumar Bhose absolutely.

iii)

Save as stated hereinbefore such of those investments for

which no nominee has been or will be registered together with all


monies lying in my banking accounts (except those in Post Office
savings Bank Account at Beadon Street) and all monies, claims
and shares and debentures of Joint Stock Companies and other

body which I may die possessed of will from part of my general


estates and will be utilized in the first instance in payment of my
funeral and Sradh Expenses, Liabilities, out standings at my
death and for payment of Estate Duty, Probate duty and other
incidental expenses.

I give devise and bequeath the premises No.35, Chatawalla

Gully to my second son Pulok Bhose to be held and enjoyed by


him absolutely subject however to the condition that if my
general Estate proves insufficient to meet all the

liabilities

then in such case the deficiency if any shall be met out of this
property either by sale, mortgage or lease as the executor shall
think be.

I have not got an do no possess any gold, bullion,

ornaments, diamonds, jewellery, silver plates, utensils, shawls,


gold watches or furniture or books of any value, I have few

personal effects of little value having lost all interest in the


mundane matters.

6.

I give devise and bequeath the rest and residue of my estate

to my sons, Prafulla and Pulak and my daughter Amita equally


and absolutely.

7.

I have several Banking accounts either individually or

jointly with others in my capacity as the secretary Vidyasagar


Institute and President of different Metropolitan Institutions at
39, Shankar Ghosh Lane and 10 Parganas Kumar Tagore Street,
The amounts standing to the credit of these accounts belong to
the respective institutions and do not in any way form part of or
personal estates. If any of the accounts be subsisting at the time
of my death they will pass to my successors in office and will not
be chargeable as part of my estate.

I have also

some

Banking accounts in

my capacity as

Commissioner of Partition appointed by the Honble High Court,


is several suits pending Before the said Honble court, amounts
standing to the credit of such accounts do not form part of my

estate and will be dealt with me directed by the Honble Court


after conducting there from my fees or commission that my
remain due to me for services rendered therein.

In witnesses whereof I the said Sudhir Kumar Bhose have to this


my will be not my hand this fifteenth day of December in the year
one thousand nine hundred and seventy.
