DECLARATION CUM-INDEMNITY BOND

This deed of Indemnity is made on the 1st day of Nov 2015 between M/s CONTRACT
RESOURCES PETROCHEM SERVICES (I) PVT.LTD. (herein after called the part ) and
the INOX AIR PRODUCTS (hereby after called the Company of the other part) as a
Principal Employer.
That the company has awarded vide Work Order No.4500122482 dated .23.10.2015
and the contractor has signed the terms and conditions laid down under the
same.This document is the part and parcel of the above referred work order/Letter
of Intent/Letter of commitment.
As per the terms and conditions relating to the compliance of various Labour Laws
for the contracting period in the above reffered Work Order /Letter of Commitment
of the Contractor has agreed to comply the provision of all labour laws applicable
from time to time to him and /or his subcontractors.

The Containing Party i.e. the contractor moved by the statements of justice and
humanity as well as by desired to secure the payment peace and tranquility in and
amongst the labour community,agree and undertake the following.
1. I here by expressly undertake to bound by all the provisions of the Contract
Labour (R&A) 1970 Act,& the contract Labour (R&A) 1971 Maharashtra
Rules,framed hereunder ,Inter State Migrant Worken Act,Minimum Wages
Act,Factories Act,Payment of Wages Act,Workmen Compensation
Act,Industrial Disute Act,Provident Fund & Miscellanies Act And Scheme /Rules
framed there under and all Labour Laws Applicable
