1. Make the safety of the participants in the game more important than the final score; 2. Remember that officials do not make the hockey rules, they only apply them; 3. Remember that children learn from adults, and our behaviour reflects what we want children to learn from role models; 4. Understand that players, committee members and officials are learning the game, and mistakes will be made in the learning process; 5. Not cheer for the opposition team, but will also not cheer against them or verbally abuse them; 6. Remember that this is a charitable hockey tournament with a goal to eliminate the digital divide. Play is done for its own sake and we will make sure that winning is kept in proper perspective.
