Code of Conduct
a. Members will always treat each other with respect
b. Team members will always voice their opinions
c. Members will work diligently during each class period
d. Members will check Team Calendar every class period
e. Everyone will complete tasks on Team Calendar by deadline listed
f. In case of absences, let teammates know to meet another time to catch up
Communication
a. Team members will communicate via text and email
b. Text and email will both be used, and will both be checked daily
c. Team members will make contact with the group every school day
File Management and Revision
a. Typed files will be shared with teammates through Google Docs
b. Inventor files will not be kept secret, and all members will be allowed to edit
the files at any time
c. Notify team members of any and all changes made by the end of every class
period
Decision Making Process
a. A decision matrix should be made and used for problems encountered
b. Meetings during Seminar will discuss how to proceed with a decision
Differences of Opinion and Conflict
a. In the event of a conflict, team members will meet during Seminar
b. If there is a violation of this agreement, a meeting with Mrs. Behr will be
scheduled
c. Members will also be subject to severe docking of Weekly Teammate
Evaluations
