Case Study: ITM University, Gwalior

The Problem: ITM University has been voted as the best upcoming
private University. However, with the first batch slated to graduate
in 2015, the University management wanted to implement a
solution which would ensure that the first batch would achieve
maximum placements.
The Solution: DreamUny Education partnered with Aspiring Minds
Indias leading assessment organization to implement a highly
structured, focused training program. The training program was
introduced as a separate subject by the University and over a 2 year
period students are being trained on :
1. English Language Skills
2. Verbal Ability
3. Reading Comprehension
4. Quantitative Ability
5. Data Interpretation
6. Logical Reasoning
This training program has a semester wise calculation of ROI so as
to ensure that quality trainings are delivered to the students with a
pre and post test validating the growth and development of the
students.
Impact: The training program has been well received by the
students and faculties alike. The senior management of the
institution has been getting regular reports regarding the
development of their students, thus reducing their anxiety regarding
the ROI.
Case Study: GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and
Management
The Problem: GLBITM is one of the leading institutions of the
Greater Noida belt with an emphasis on getting even better and
emerging as one of the leading institutions in the country. Towards
this end they wanted to implement a training system that was
effective and cost efficient.
The Solution: DreamUny Education introduced an Employability
Enhancement subject wherein students would be trained on the
following over a 2 year period:
1. English Language Skills
2. Verbal Ability
3. Reading Comprehension
4. Quantitative Ability
5. Data Interpretation

6. Logical Reasoning
In order to improve student participation, the institution decided to
club the Employability Enhancement course along with other noncore courses such as Technical Writing. This resulted in the
institution concentrating only on technical education and DreamUny
concentrating on all the other allied subjects/courses.
Impact: The training program that initially started with an average
attendance of 60% currently has an average attendance of 85% that
ensures that the institution is able to get the desired results from
their investment. Apart from this, with DreamUny handling the noncore courses as part of its training program, the college was able to
save on the costs involved in the delivery of such courses.
