Green Fuel Tabs Overview

Manufacturing
For this analysis we are evaluating a one-month period of manufacturing Green Fuel
Tabs. Our manufacturing facility used 1,294 kWh of electricity from their local coal
burning power generation facility. Coal typically produces 950 gm of CO21 for each
kWh of electricity. During a one-month period of manufacturing Green Fuel Tabs,
2,710.61 Lbs of CO2 was generated. During that period we produced enough tablets to
treat 5,650,000 gallons of fuel. If we estimate a 15% savings of consumed fuel2, that
results in a savings of 847,500 gallons of fuel. Based on the following assumptions and
averaging the amount of CO2 produced by gas and diesel:
Each gallon of Gas consumed produces 19.4 lbs of CO2 emissions.3
Each gallon of Diesel consumed produces 22.2 lbs of CO2 emissions.4
Working on the assumption that all 5,650,000 gallons of Green Fuel Tabs treated fuel
was consumed; we potentially reduced CO2 emissions from diesel fuel by 18,814,500
Lbs while only generating 2,710.61 Lbs of CO2 during the manufacturing process.
For every 1-pound of CO2 that we produce to manufacture our product, we are reducing
CO2 by 6,941 Lbs.
Combustion Catalyst
Green Fuel Tabs works on the chemical level of the combustion process by burning the
fuel more completely. A typical engine develops a temperature ranging from 200C at the
combustion chamber wall, to 1200C at the center of the combustion process. One of the
best ways to think about Green Fuel Tabs is as a Burn Rate Modifier.
Most fuel components require a temperature greater than 600C to combust. The heavy
fuel components that are exposed only to the 200-600C range never fully burn and are
what contribute to deposit formation, particulates, emissions and other undesirable
combustion side effects.
The Green Fuel Tabs treated fuel begins to combust at temperatures as low as 200C.
This is often below the surface temperature of exposed deposits and fuel particles even at
the combustion chamber wall. This allows Green Fuel Tabs treated fuel to burn over
the entire temperature range to which they will be exposed. The results are more
complete combustion and eventually the complete removal of all engine deposits as well

as stopping the creation of new deposit buildup. This ultimately leads to lower emissions,
lower fuel consumption, and over all better performance and maintenance.
