    Dear Parents/Guardians,

    This Friday, June 5, 2015, we will be going on a field trip to the stage in the
    Snow building. We will be taking a tour of the stage and taking a look at what is
    backstage. We will be having a group snack time before we leave for the field trip
    and we will be walking there and back. Our tentative schedule will be:
    8:20-9:00 Self Selected Activities
    9:00-9:05 Clean up time
    9:05-9:25 Group snack time
    9:25-9:30 Walk to the Snow building
    9:30-10:00 Tour of Stage
    10:00-10:05 Walk back to our classroom
    10:05-10:10 Transition into Small Focus Groups
    10:10-10:25 Small Focus Groups
    10:25-10:30 Closing Circle
