1. Classroom Leadership
- become a teacher that has strong
leadership
- take charge of classroom
activities
- show confidence, poise,
composure, and presence
- maintain class discipline
2. Differentiation
- differentiate the students in the
classroom according to their
learning needs
- develop lesson plans, worksheets,
and activities that benefits all
students in the classroom

3. Time Management

- learn from my TA by observing,
ask her questions, as well as
feedbacks
- talk to peers about their
experiences, and ask them for
suggestions
- practice at home and in the
classroom
- research on strategies that will
help me to become leaders
