February 17, 2016 To Whom It May Concern, I have had the pleasure of working with Summer Spiva for the past three years. During those three years as Certified Nurse Assistant in the Intensive Care Unit at Winchester Medical Center I have watched Summer provide exceptional and compassionate patient care. In a high paced and stress full work environment Summer is calm, professional and always eager to learn and help her fellow colleagues. As President Elect of the local AACN chapter I am impressed to say that Summer serves as our Shenandoah University Student Liaison. In this position she participates in our meetings to help facilitate and learn about future advances in critical care nursing. It has also has been a delight to see how much Summer has grown through nursing school. With her many commitments outside of nursing school it is clear that task and time management come at an ease for her. I look forward to working alongside Summer as a Registered Nurse. Warm regards, Seaokicn. Che £0 Brooke L. Dalton BSN-RN Charge Nurse: CC3 & CC4 AACN Tri -State- President Elect
