Mrs. Royer was the pre-school teacher at Starting Line Day Care and Learning Center in which 1 am the director of operations. Her dedication, talent, hard work, versatility, and attention to both details and state requirements made her aan extremely valuable asset to our team, and I strongly believe she would be a welcome addition to a school faculty Mrs, Royer became employed at our center in May of 2015. She immediately began collaborating with other staff members and ‘ook time to leam our curriculum while getting to know the children and parents. She demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, and set up her classroom in a way to make learning opportunities readily available to children while in accordance with Pennsylvania codes. Mrs. Royer has the ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of her children, and took the time to differentiate her lessons to maximize all areas of development and individual interests of children. Mrs. Royer implemented a positive behavior plan in her classroom, and effectively communicated with parents regarding the accomplishments of children and upcoming goals, She evaluated children, completed progress reports based on evaluations, and led parent-teacher conferences to review progress. Mrs. Royer collaborated wih colleagues and shared ideas with ll, She was very versatile and flexible, and was always willing to tasist other staff members when needed and adjust her schedule based on the center's needs. She arived to work dressed neatly and professionally and consistently conducted herself'n a profesional manne.
