Holocaust Museum
About the Trip: To coincide with our study of The Diary of Anne Frank, the 8th grade
ALPS and ROCKIES students are invited to attend a special field trip to the
Holocaust Museum in Farmington Hills. Students will be given a small group tour of
the museum led by a museum docent, and finish up with the unique opportunity to
hear from an actual Holocaust survivor. It is an experience you will never forget.
While on the east side of the state, we also have the opportunity to take the Ford
Rouge Factory Tour. Ford Rouge Factory Tour is a self-guided five-part experience
that includes: Legacy Theater, Manufacturing Innovation Theater, Observation
Deck, Dearborn Truck Plant and the Legacy Gallery.
