    Ihavebeeninmanydifferentgroupsthroughoutmylifethatwerenotverysuccessful.
    Forexample,Ihavebeeningroupswithpeoplewhodonotdoafairamountofworkonthe
    assignedproject.OnespecificgroupthatcomestomindwouldbethegroupIwasplacedin
    duringhighschoolinmyJournalismclass.Theinstructorassignedgroupstomakeafullvideo
    broadcast.Thisincludedmanystoriessuchastheleadstory,sports,weather,andmore.In
    addition,thisprojectwouldfactorintoourgradeinplaceforafinalexam.Therefore,therewasa
    lotridingonthisprojecttogowellandbesuccessful.
    Theteacherrequiredthatwewereallassignedtospecificroles.Theserolesincluded2
    anchors,awriter,adirector,andfilm/videoeditor.Ourgroupeasilypickedourroleswithout
    muchdifficulty.However,thepersonwhowasassignedtowritethescriptforourbroadcastdid
    notactuallywritethescriptliketheyweresupposedto.Instead,shewouldgobackandforth
    amongothergroups,messingaroundwiththeirgroupmembers.Intheend,Iendedupwriting
    theentirescriptontopofmyotherassignedrole.
    ThisissomethingIhopewillnothappeninmygroupforthesemesterlongproject.It
    wasastressfulexperiencethatIhopeisisthepast!Ibelieveourgroupcanbeverysuccessfulas
    longaseachgroupmemberputshardworkintotheproject.
