I supervised Hope in her role as Admissions and Outreach Coordinator at Curative Care Network until December 2015. She was responsible for the planning and execution of new participant recruitment and community awareness for the Adult Day Services Division As the inaugural staff member in this role, Hope was responsible for building this position from the ground up. This involved creating outreach plans that aligned with the division’s growth targets, and customizing her approach based on the audience. Hope did an exceptional job thinking outside of the box, and displayed exceptional customer service skills. {As her supervisor, | observed Hope in a variety of settings, and was continually impressed with her level of professionalism.
