limited to two four-year terms in office

Judicial Branch
Led by the Supreme Court
> Primary job is to review and rule on court cases that may
conflict with the constitution
> Highest Court in the county
decisions over rule all other courts
rulings are then used as guidelines for other court decisions.
There 9 Supreme Court Justices
> Judges that are appointed by the President as other Justices
leave
They must be confirmed by the Senate.
Have a record of making really good decisions.
Life long job:
Justices leave the court by retiring or serve until they
die.
