Both Katrina and Hayden underwent cross-examination. Katrina's lawyer Raymund Palad said
that he was satisifed with how the cross-examinations went.
When the actress was asked how she handled seeing Hayden during the legal proceeding, she
answered, "Kalmado naman po. Nagsasabi lang naman ako ng totoo."
"ANINO NIYA 'YON." For his part, Hayden said it wasn't only Katrina who found the whole
process painful.
"Di ba sabi ni Katrina nasasaktan siya kapag pinapanood niya? Kahit naman ako nasasaktan pag
pinapanood ang video kasi hindi lang naman siya ang tao doon, e... Kahit naman ako napapahiya.
Nahihiya din ako."
Katrina retorted in a separate interview, "Huwag niya ako itulad sa kanya kasi siya gumawa
noon, e. Anino niya iyon, anino niya iyon."
When asked about the case's progress and what they expect from it, Katrina said, "Manalo,
matalo po ako, e, ang akin lang po, pinaglalaban ko lang po ang sarili ko at karapatan ko."
"Hindi ko iniisip iyon, e," Hayden answered. "Sa akin, everything happens for a reason. It is
what it is. So I take it one day at a time."
SUPPORT FOR HAYDEN. Attending the trial was Hayden's mother Irene and former (and
rumored to be again) girlfriend Dr. Vicki Belo.
"Anak ko iyon," said Irene. "Siyempre sasamahan ko siya siyempre every time."
Vicki said she came to lend him moral support and nothing else.
