Publications Society, Shelagh Peirce, Robert Barnetson and Carey DuGray, on notice;
AND UPON HEARING read the Affidavits of Ezra Levant, Rob Anders and Marzena
Czarnecki, filed, and various portions of transcripts from the Examinations for
Discovery; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.

Paragraph 2 of the Order granted May 3, 1993 is rescinded;

2. In place of Paragraph 2 of the aforementioned Order will read the

following paragraph:

"Both the Plaintiffs and the Defendants are enjoined and

restrained from making any statement or comments about
this law suit. For greater clarity, neither party is precluded
from making comments or statements and publishing
comments and statements about the topic of this law suit,
specifically the Charter or gender issues, or any other topic
not involved in this law suit."
Costs of this application shall be in the cause.
