WHY IS THIS LOCATION SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROJECT?
This location is suitable for my project as I wanted my model in front of trees and greenery for my
portrait image of my model in black leggings and a white shirt.

This area is for public access and therefore, I am a

member of the public and allowed full access to
the site.

People who might be affected by recording in this location:
People who might be affected of my recording may be the people that lived in the houses around
the area I was recording, however I wasnt trespassing on anyones land so I wasnt affecting
anyone.
Precautions/measures taken to minimise the impact of your recording:
I will minimise the time I take to do my recording and that I have everything in place and ready to
ensure that I do not disturb anyone and that no one if affected.

houses, however we would have no access to these toilets.

Describe any restrictions/hazards in the immediate vicinity:
The only restrictions for my photoshoot would be if somebody else was using the area I planned to
have my photoshoot.
Where will the crew work on this location?
My crew will be helping with the production of the photography, such as; propps, make-up and
clothes.
Where will the cast work on this location?
The cast will be posing for the photoshoot at this location.

A risk during the photography will be if there is a weather change while taking the photos and
equipment may be damaged.
Another risk would be if my model was to fall as we were on a slant in mud in front of trees and
greenery.

Another risk would be if there was anything from the trees such as; branches to fall on me, my crew
and my cast.

Describe the aesthetics of the location (e.g. Describe the potential camera shots or describe the
acoustic value of the location)

For this photoshoot we were surrounded by greenery and at the side of a road which leaded to
houses. Outside of the close I was doing my photoshoot led to a main road.
