Quality assurance
A support system for the kids, just like a teacher, who with regular interaction with the kid will
be able to map his abilities and interests, and help the kid get the maximum impact of Discover
activities. They will also be required to support and mentor kids during workshops motivating
them them towards employment, education and college while preventing drop outs. They will
take responsibility for students in multiple other dimensions like field visits and partner relations
for workshops.

Role and responsibilities

Attend 1 round of mandatory training

Attend monthly Discover meetings
Make an annual plan for their center
Attend 2/3 sessions a month.
Will enable the child to look at all domains that
match his/her interests and abilities and create
sessions that facilitate skill development and testing.
Attend center circle time
Will monitor the shift in interest through follow up
activities and child profile data.
Will sync up with the ed support team and the
propel team to understand the needs and abilities of
the child better.
Prepare and attend any camps in the city.
