    This study examines the effects of the ERASMUS exchange program on Turkish university students who studied in Germany. It investigates how the program impacted students' perspectives, views of events, and educational and career goals. The students compared their home universities in Turkey to those in Europe. They strongly felt that sharing daily life and living spaces with other international students, including those from their host country, was the most impactful experience. Participating in the program abroad helped increase students' self-confidence and change their perspectives, making them braver about taking chances in a more conscious way.

    Europeancountriesestablishedintenserelationshipswithoneanotherthroughsharingliving
    spaces,suchasstayingatthesamehostel,andfacingthesameproblemsinthecountryandatthe
    university.
    Sincetheyarenowsuccessfulinprocesseslivingaloneandbeingeducatedabroadthatthey
    fearedbeforehand,thestudentsexpressedthattheirselfconfidenceincreased,theirperspectives
    werechanged,thattheywerebraverattakingchancesandtheybehavedinamoreconsciousway.
