Early Release for Spring
Break

Notes

Next week is finally break! Once we

come back we will continue to work at a quick
pace through the remainder of the year. We will
be focusing on First Eucharist for the three
weeks after we come back from break. Please
make sure you are reading the Religion chapters
with your child every week. Thank you for your
constant partnership in preparing for our children for such a blessed sacrament! We wish you all a restful break!

Important Information: *Please note this will be our last newsletter until we return from break.
Emergency Snacks: Please
make sure your child has an
emergency snack. It needs to be
labeled and in a re-sealable bag.
We only have enough space to
store one snack per child.
Please, if possible, do not sent an
entire box of emergency snacks.

Academically Next Week...

Reading Groups: Our reading groups will continue to focus on

written responses. We will be incorporating more non-fiction

books as the trimester continues.
Phonics: We will start Unit 13 in Fundations. This unit continues to
focus on the d syllable type. Please look on our blog for the parent letter for Unit 13 to explain all this!

value through the hundreds place. We will be focusing on regrouping
with three digit numbers. Please make sure to be checking your childs
homework nightly as this is an important skill to master.
