3. Seniority roll of qualified HSK/MCM for promotion to Chargeman-II vide CAN
message dated 03-09-2011.
With reference to the seniority roll (Welder) quoted at '3' above, my name was placed at
srl. no. 17 whereas Shri. IA Menezes was placed at srl.no. 29. Since I was much senior to
Shri. IA Menezes in the year 2011-12, my name was due to be considered in the review DPC
2011-12 as referred at '2' above, but due to reasons best known to the concerned authorities
my name was struck out from the same.
The seniority list of qualified Chargeman(Welder) for promotion to the grade of
Foreman as referred at '1' above has been published on Mar 15, 2016 in which my name has
been placed at Srl. No. 08, which is below to Shri. IA Menezes placed at Srl. No. 05.
It is therefore requested that my name please be considered in the Review DPC 201112 and I may please be placed at Srl.No. 05 (above Shri. IA Menezes) of the Seniority list
(Welder) as quoted at '1' above.
