    IUSA Notes – 30 March 2010

    Meeting begins at 8:31 pm

    Last meeting of 2009-2010 Congress

    Ben Shulte – Bike rental program coming along. Info sent out. Thanks to those of you who read it.

    Dan Herman – Student Rights Committee would like to advertise Bylaws for next year’s Congress to
    approve.

    John Gillard – 2006 there was an attempt to revamp the Bylaws. These are a revision of those. Based
    on 2000 Bylaws as ones through much of the 2000s were incomplete.

    Attendance: Much confusion, but we make quorum.

    Jenn – phones cheaper because we cut a few lines; made fewer photocopies, etc. to keep down the
    budget. (Budget update.)

    Resolution 09-10-34: Resolution to amend 2009-10 budget. Unanimous ‘Aye’

    Resolution 09-10-35: Proposed 2010-11 budget. Mike Coleman: Disagreement between outgoing and
    incoming administrations, but this will be settled later. Passes with unanimous ‘aye’

    Resolution 09-10-36: Howie Yu removal vote. Without objection, passes with unanimous ‘aye’

    Resolution 09-10-37: SMART Bus. $15,000 for expenses related to bus tracking system. Passes with
    unanimous ‘aye’

    Meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm
