SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, NABS ESPINO, of legal age, Filipino, resident of #70 Espana Grand, Tolentino
St., Sampaloc Manila, has named and appointed and by these presents do hereby name,
constitute and appoint;
ANGELICA BORJA
Also of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of #33 Mabait St., Teachers Village
East, Quezon City, Philippines, my true and lawful attorney in fact for me in my place
and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds:

1. TO RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY

(P3,000,000.00), in cash or in check from Mr. and Mrs. Jerick De Guzman in my
stead, as I cannot personally do so because Im presently in Canada;
2. TO RECEIVE any check/cash that may also be issued by Spouses De Guzman as
payment for Attorneys fees due Atty. Dianne Lectura;
3. To sign any and all documents, papers and writings in connection with the
authority vested upon my Attorney-In-Fact.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power

and authority to perform all and every act and thing whatever requisite or necessary to
carry into effect the foregoing authority, as to all intents and purpose as I might or can
lawfully do if I personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said
Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
