INCIDENT SUMMARY:
Several area law enforcement agencies had received reports of counterfeit ten dollar bills. A picture of a suspect was
attained. An employee of a previous victim store recognized the suspect in a business on the afternoon of 03/15/2016 and
called 911. A St. Louis County deputy located the described car leaving the scene and Reynolds was a passenger in the
vehicle. He was compared to a picture from one of the previous incidents and found to match. He was placed under arrest
and additional counterfeit ten dollar bills were located on his person. A search warrant was conducted on the vehicle
which resulted in equipment being located that is believed to have been used in the manufacturing of the counterfeit bills.
The two serial numbers involved in this case will be found on ten dollar bills: MB02301810B and JL023951123B. If you
have received one of these bills report it to your local law enforcement agency.
