we can give especially to all the students who expecting too much from us.Giving our full effort
will result a good involvement in education.Thats why attending the field study duty attaches us
to this profession that the only things we can use are the collaboration of skills and knowledge.
Experiencing the teaching learning process and adapting the different environment of the
students will affect on how we do our task as a future educator.
It was the first Monday of the year January 4, 2016. I came early in Taysan Central
School at 6:20 oclock in the morning. I feel nervous on that day because I came from a long
vacation, I think that I need to adjust some things after doing my responsibilities as an observer.
I started my day in helping the students cleaning the areas and attending the flag ceremony.
After the flag ceremony I and my co-observer Mr. Mendoza decided to have our joined
observation again to choose who will gonna be our cooperating teacher. At first we observed
Mrs. Teodora Macatangay. She discussed about the Palakumpasan in Music. She has a soft
voice the reason why the other students didnt hear some of what she have taught.Edukasyon sa
Pagpapakatao was followed immediately. After that we thanked her and took a break. While we
were taking our snacks in the canteen someone caught our attention. She is Mrs. Merna
Mendoza, the grade III- adviser. We decided to conduct our next observation to her class.
Before entering the room, we asked the permission to observe her. She immediately
agreed upon our request. She gave us two chairs at the back and after that she started toteach
how to solve problem using division. I know that she mastered her lesson very well. I also feel
her authority inside the classroom, and I saw the enjoyment of every students while she is
teaching. We were thakful for that great oppurtunity to observed a skilled teacher like her.
Lastly we conducted our observation to the class of Mrs. Eden Arada the grade IICharity adviser. Observing lower level of learners are very familiar with because it was the level
of learners that I observed on my previous Field Study duty in Masaya Elementary School last
semester.
After observing those teachers Mr. Mendoza chose Maam Merna Mendoza to be his
cooperating teacher. And Maam Adora Macatangay as my guide to do my responsibility every
week to fullfill my dream as an educator.
