ATTENTION SENIORS WHO

GRADUATED FROM LADERA

VISTA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

The Ladera Vista Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) has a

scholarship fund to recognize a select few of the many hard-working
and bright students that have come from our school. We will award a
total of $500 in scholarship funds to one to five qualified seniors at
either Fullerton, Sonora, La Habra or Troy high schools.
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have:

Graduated from Ladera Vista Junior High School in Fullerton

A minimum 3.0 GPA
Participated in school and community activities
Plans to continue their education

If you meet the above requirements, consider applying for the Ladera
Vista PTSA Scholarship. To apply, please submit the following
information:
1. A completed application form, including a one page letter
answering the following question:
What Ladera Vista teacher, parent or PTSA member has had a
positive impact in your life, and how?
2. One letter of recommendation from a high school teacher,
counselor or administrator.
3. Transcripts from all high schools attended
All applications must be received by March 23th 2016.
