Dear Students,
Hello student welcome to 2nd grade! We will have an awesome year in 2nd grade! I have
everything prepared for this year we will do a lot of fun things to do in Miss. Anas classroom. I
will do everything I can to prepare you for the next grade level. You will have a really easy
school year, its going to be a fun school year.
As a second grader you will need the following supplies:

1 Spiral notebook
4 Packs of #2 pencils
1 box colored pencils
2 black marbled composition books
6 Pocket Folders
1 Box of 24 crayons
1 pair of scissors
1 yellow highlighter
2 1 inch 3 ring binders
4 glue sticks
1 dry eraser wide tip marker

On the first day of school or first week of school you will get to meet your new friends in class
and you will introduce yourself to the whole class. The rest of the week you will learned the
following:

Greater than, Less than and Equal to (Math)

Reading and answering questions (Reading)
3 states of matter (Science)
Citizenship (Social Studies)
