    COMES NOW THE DEFENDANT in the above styled and


    numbered cause, and would move the Court, pursuant to the Eighth
    Amendment to the United States Constitution prohibition against cruel
    and unusual punishment, to refrain from singing, in the defendants or
    defense counsels presence, any song written or performed by Justin
    Bieber.
