This document summarizes a research paper on the effectiveness of teacher communication on student learning motivation at a high school in Indonesia. The research studied 56 teachers at the school and found that only some teachers were able to effectively motivate students, causing others to feel lazy. The research used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 1,080 students to analyze the correlation between teacher communication methods and student motivation. The results showed that teacher communication as a speaker was the most effective at 75%, followed by teacher as a moderator at 55%, teacher as a coach at 54%, and teacher as a manager at 55% effective.

The Effectiveness of Teacher Communication towards State Senior High School Students Learning Motivation Under the mentoring of Siti Khadijah, S.Sos., M.Si. (76 pages + v, 12 tables, 1 picture) Teacher should understand about Students Learning Motivation. It is important to keep and raise their motivation especially at school. Teachers in 1 Cibitung Senior High School have ability to motivate their students. But from 56 teachers, there are only some of them who can motivate their students. Then it makes the students lazy to learn. This research is to know the effectiveness of teachers communication in learning process and to understand about teachers communication to motivate their students learning. This research method is quantitative. There are 1.080 students. The sample takes randomly by giving 100 questionnaires to the students of 1 Cibitung Senior High School. It uses Teacher Communicative theory. To analysis data, it uses correlation of product moment and 21 st version of SPSS program. The result of this research shows that teacher as a speaker is 75%. Teacher as a speaker is the best and effective way to build students motivation. It becomes simple because teachers no need to use any teaching tools to explain their lessons. Teacher as a moderator is 55%. The correlation mark between the moderator method and aspiration is 0,262 and teachers effort 0,227. Teacher as coach is 54%. It can be prove by the high correlation between aspiration 0,23%, students psychology 0,237, environment condition 0,353, and teachers effort is 0,336. This research gain 55% in teachers as manager. It is also can be prove by gaining high correlation in aspiration 0,399, students psychology 0,270, environment condition 0,226, and teachers effort 0,324.
