Dear Maam/Sir:
I have recently bought 2 VHF Antennas JRL-15000/JRL- 6500 (item #6542951) from
your store last March 5, 2016. The VHF functions very well but when I install the
other one I noticed that corrosion is already present in the metal of the VHF. When I
tried it the VHF doesnt work anymore because of the damage.
To resolve the problem, I would like to request for an exchange of the product for a
new one. When I bought the product it says that I have a one year warranty for it.
There is no reason for you not to accept my complaint.
