Dear Capt. Flores:

I am formally notifying you that Ill be tendering my resignation from Eastern

Mediterranean Manning Agency Inc. on April 12, 2020, a week after I disembark.
I believe my time has come to hang up my cap and coat and finally settle down. Though
I wished this day would have come later rather than sooner, this is a decision I feel I
must stand by with in order to raise my children with an intact family.
If there is anything I can do to make this transition easier for the company, I would be
glad to lend my help.
I have greatly enjoyed our partnership these past few years, and would like to thank you
and the company for the opportunity to work with East-Med.
