Dear Ms. Guzmn:
It is our pleasure to notify you about the specifications of East Meets
West Formal Dinner, to take place at the East Ball Center Saturday, March
26, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. There will be live music, parking and a buffet at a cost
of $65 per employee. If you choose you could bring an extra person. You and
your partner will be able to choose from two different main dish options:
Rice or Lettuce with,
Roast pork loin with pancetta or Roast Turkey Breast
The beverage and little extras options will be present at the activity
and will be part of the buffet. Please notify us on or before the 17th if you will
come and if you will bring an extra person, after that we cannot guarantee
you a spot on the activity. Here is the budget for the activity:
