A revision to the specified product shall require the written approval of Gulfstream Technical Services
prior to use.
Material - Nonhardening polysulfide polymer, preformed tape.
Unless otherwise specified dimensions are in inches.
Service temperature: -40 to 180 F.
Physical Properties when tested per MIL-S-11030:

Width: 1.50
Thickness: 0.05
Water solubility: 0.4 percent by weight, maximum
Oil resistance: No blistering, softening or loss of adhesion when immersed for 96 hours at room
temperature
Fluid resistance: No visible change after immersion for 48 hours at 100 F 2 F in aromatic
hydrocarbon test fluid
Accelerated crazing: Shall not craze methacrylate plastic
Volatile content: 1.5 percent by weight, maximum
Storage or Shelf Life - Items shall be capable of meeting all the requirements specified herein when
stored in their original unopened containers at 80 F or below for a period of 1 year from date of
receipt.
