Dear Capt. Flores:

This letter is to bring to your attention the disorderly conduct of D/C Paul Vargas.
D/C Vargas has been late to his post several times whilst directly under my command.
Despite several warnings, he has continued to display tardiness, and is in general
unable to contribute any worthy labour that he has been hired to provide.
To maintain the efficiency at which the vessel is run and maintained, I am
recommending the early relief of said officer.
A swift decision would be appreciated.
