Subject: Request for the extension of contract
I am writing this letters to express my interest in working with you and
your company. It is with utmost courtesy, that I am requesting for the
extension of my contract for 2 months, which is going to end on April 8,
2016.
For 3 years that Ive been one of your deck officer, Im happy working
with you.
I made this request because there is a shortage of manpower due to
the unexpected repatriation of our second officer, also considering the
fact that he has no reliever.
I am really interested in working with you again. Hoping that youll
approve my request and maybe we could see each other again. Thank
