ATTESTATION OF COHABITATION
We, VIVENCIO NAZARIO, JR. and VIRGILIO CAPISTRANO, both of legal age and a resident
of J. Ramos St., Ibayo-Tipas, Taguig City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:
1. That we are the neighbors of ADORANTE and CONCHITA for more than forty (40)
years;
2. That Adorante and Conchita has been deporting themselves to the community as
husband and wife and had five (5) children in the name of Adorante Jr., Vilma, Jauffrey,
Alexander and Kervy all surnamed Bunyi;
3. That on several occasion we had been invited to attend birthdays of their children and
was even a godfather to some;
4. That they had been known in the community as husband and wife, living together in one
roof;
5. That as far as we know, there are no legal impediments whatsoever on both parties to
get married during their lifetime;
6. That relatives of Adorante and Conchita visits their house from time to time to check on
the couple and their children;
7. That we are executing this affidavit not for any renumeration whatsoever but to attest the
truth of the foregoing statement in connection with their death benefit claim at the Social
Security System;
