On 03-30-15 at 9:54 AM, Officer Forrester and I were dispatched to 4512 Camden Rd.
reference the report of a bomb threat.

Upon arrival, we were met at the door by the father Tim B. McConnel whom I identified verbally.
Tim said that his son Jim B. McConnel whom I identified verbally was in his room after he called
a bomb threat. We then asked if his son had ever done anything violent before and he said
no.We then asked if he was home the father responded yes so we entered the house. We then
entered the room he was sitting at his desk in a chair in the left corner of the room in a calm and
non threatening manner during our interview. Jim said that he was fired because he did not
have a ride to get there and was late. We asked why he was late he said his friend Corey M.
Smith whom I identified verbally. After everything was over we went to the Shop N Save in
Cadillac 4809 West Main Street. Where we went to talk to Carl C. Lambert whom I identified
verbally as the manager of the Shop N Save. We interviewed the manager and he said that he
did receive a call of a bomb threat. We asked if he had any ideas of who could call him or if he
had any problems with any of his employes. He mentioned Jim was late five days in a row so he
had to fire him since he was always late to work. We sorted everything out after it was done we
let Jim off with a warning since this was his first offense. Then we ended the call.
