Officer Narrative:
On 05/13/15 at 10:00 am, Officer Lewis and I(dressed in Wexford Missaukee Gear) were
dispatched to 546718 Mile Road reference to a report of armed robbery. Upon Arriving walked
up to Dale P. Grible, whom identified verbally, house. I knocked on the door and Dale said
come in so we entered. He was in the living room sitting at his coffee table in a scared manner.
So I asked if he could tell us what happened. Dale responded he was just sitting in the living
room watching television when he heard a knock on the door so he went up to the door and
looked in the peep hole. Then he unlocked the door and opened when a suspect in a ski mask
rushed in and had a gun to his head. Dale later stated that he did threaten him. He then took a
Dell laptop black and grey in color serial No. 47980. Dale also said he took a Iphone 4s black in
color with a otter box also black in color serial No. A9J642. So we asked if he knows what he
looked like or what type of gun he used. Dale said that he did not get a good look he was just
wearing dark clothing. We then asked what type of gun did he use. Dale said it was Revolver 6
shot brown in color. We then asked if he saw any type of vehicle like a car or a truck. Dale
stated he saw a white in color 4 door car with a Michigan License Plate with a blue in color
logo. We then asked if he knew anything else about the incident, and Dale responded no that he
could not remember. Later that day officer Lewis and I along with Officer Parish and Officer
Langenberg. We typed up a search warrant to look at a suspected area with information from
Officer Mendenall that a pawn shop reported a man trying to sell the stolen merchandise. Bob
McDonald, whom identified verbally that the car that we were looking for was seen leaving the
shop with a car that matched our description it was a white Ford Crown Victorian.

Day 2
On 05/14/15 Officer Lewis, Officer Parish, Officer Langenberg, and I went to 9901 East
13th Street Cadillac, MI 49601. Upon arriving we saw the suspect vehicle with the trunk and
passenger door opened. We walked up stated who we were when the male suspect reached
into the trunk and was looking when we announced who were were he pulled out a brush you
use to clean car windows held it like a gun which we thought it was he then dropped it and ran
into the building. We then approached where we had white female I told her to put her hands on
the wall legs spread and told her to look away. Then Officer Lewis and I put our guns away and
then we frisked her. I then found a 6 shot revolver brown in color in her left pocket. I then placed
her under arrest for association with the armed robbery while I had officer Parish and
Langenberg looking at the doorway. I then sat her down on the concrete and had Officer Lewis
keep an eye on her. Then we sliced the pie and entered the building. We started to search the
left side of the building and then saw a door cracked opened. So Officer Langenberg and I
entered the room and searched the area for any sign of the suspect. Then we heard something
fall behind us and then Officer parish pointed us in the direction, so we approached a dark
corner when the suspect came out with a knife. So we told him to put the knife down. He did not
cooperate, so we shot him in the chest twice. Officer Parish and I then went down and
conducted CPR. After about three reps I had Officer Parish call in to dispatch and had them
send an ambulance. Then while Officer Parish continued to perform CPR I then searched the

suspect and found the stolen Iphone. I also pulled out a driver's license and identified him as
David P. Fuller and the woman was Identified has Amanda P. Peterson. We then contacted Dale
P. Grible whom we identified verbally and told him we found his stolen merchandise. Then we
ended the call after we collected all of the evidence.
