I am a postgraduate student of Advanced Control and Systems Engineering at

University of Sheffield, expected to graduate in 2016. Previously, I have gained my

bachelors degree in Mechatronics Engineering from National University of Sciences
& Technology in Pakistan. I am writing regarding the possibility to get a placement
at this esteemed organization.
As you will see in my CV, I have been actively engaged in various projects, finding
solutions to problems ranging over various domains embedded systems, Software
Development and Robotics. I have a work experience of a mechatronics engineer at
NextBridge (Pakistan). During this time I was able to apply my troubleshooting skills
and engineering skills to develop several robotics modules and an operating system
for a new industrial robot. The high level of commitment and hard work I put into
work can be reflected by the projects I successfully completed during the job as well
as my Undergraduate project, Wireless control of an All-Terrain Vehicle. I have
developed effective communication skills being a teaching assistant for one module
and have showcased my presentation skills to demonstrate my work at different
places, including the presentation for one of my projects at NextBridge at social
Platforms.
Interested in the field of control systems, I chose to pursue higher studies in the
same field in one of the best departments for controls and systems in the world,
where I am exposed to excellent teaching and hands-on experience. I further look to
apply these skills in the real world. Being enthusiastic, passionate and having a
relevant work experience, I feel confident to make a contribution to this esteemed
