Generally an Employee Handbook describes the main human resource policies and
procedures at the work place and explains the benefits and responsibilities of
employees. For SMEs, the Employee Handbook is an important source of
reference for all employees to follow. It outlines the important aspects of
employer and employee relations.
For this assignment, you are required to approach any SME which has no
Employee Handbook and develop one for the company.
Your assignment can either in Malay or English and must:
