    RESEARCH PROBLEM:
    1. I am trying to learn about: the use of e-portfolio programs in higher education institutions.
    2. Because I want to find out: how e-portfolios are integrated in higher education institutions.
    3. In order to help my reader understand: how integrated e-portfolio programs may help higher
    education students meet learning outcomes.

    RESEARCH STATEMENT:
    The purpose of this research endeavor is to study the relationship between e-portfolio programs
    and the student learning experience in higher education institutions.

    RESEARCH QUESTION:
    Does integrating e-portfolio programs in higher education institutions increase the likelihood of
    students reaching learning outcomes?
