$330,000againstStenaDrillingAustraliaPtyLtd(Stena)fortheirfailuretoimplementand
maintainsystemsofworkthatweresafeandwithoutrisktohealthasrequiredunderclause
9(2)(d)oftheOffshorePetroleumandGreenhouseGasStorageAct2006(OPGGSAct).

workersinvolvedinanytaskunderstandtheirroleandanyassociatedrisks.
5.Allequipmentutilisedinconnectionwithanyworkshouldbefitforpurposeandingood
workingorder.Iftheequipmentisnotworkingcorrectly,areassessmentoftherisksassociated
withtheworkortaskshouldbeconducted.
6.Dutyholdersmustsatisfythemselvesthattherequirementsoftheirsafetymanagement
