AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
WE, Mark Henry R. Arellano, May Gem T. Larican, and Dennis Opiano, of legal
ages, and residents of Dipintin, Maddela, Quirino, and Diffun, Quirino, respectively, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state the
following:
1. That we are the private complainants in a case of CARNAPPING against
Jeffrey C. Casirayan docketed as Criminal Case No. 38-565 currently pending
before the Regional Trial Court Branch 38, Maddela, Qurino;
2. That the case came about because of our misapprehension of facts and
circumstances and that our complaint against Jeffrey C. Casirayan is a product
of said misapprehension of facts and circumstances;
3. That we have now come to terms with said accused and have settled our
differences;
4. That because of such misapprehension of facts and circumstances, we are now
withdrawing our complaint against Jeffrey C. Casirayan;
5. That we are no longer interested in the further prosecution of the above
mentioned case against said accused; and
6. That we will not be blaming the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Quirino
and the Regional Trial Court of Maddela, Quirino should Criminal Case No.
38-565 be dismissed as a consequence of this Affidavit of Desistance.
In truth whereof, we are hereunto affixing our individual signatures this 2 nd day of
December 2015 at Maddela, Quirino.
