To whom it may concern,

Briana is a very strong student in terms of her writing skills, and her ability to identify her
feelings and collect data and reflect it back in all of her paperwork which also includes her
process recordings. She is very sensitive to the needs of clients and has the capacity to be
flexible, accommodating and very resourceful
She has become more outgoing and vocal this semester and is always prepared for
supervision. She is learning more about the inner workings of the agency through assisting with
program grant reports and research. She is eager to start running groups again and has attended
40 hours of Sexual Assault Crisis Response Training. At our agency this semester she has been
focused on more outreach and community engagement.
Briana is learning that social workers are diverse in personality. She is easy-going,
respectful and non-assuming. Outwardly she may appear shy but when it is time to engage
clients she does so effortlessly. She is a good listener and observes thing that everyone else may
miss in the room and that is not only skill but a gift. She responds well to feedback and is nonjudgmental in her approach to learning advocacy for this specific population.
Sincerely,
Kalimah
