Software Engineer - WideAwake (Unity, C#)
2015 - Spring 2016 Collaboratively developed a rhythm lane-runner game that embraces electronic dance music and is designed for Android and iOS platforms. Created several game features, including a tutorial system, dynamic level spawning, and environment assets that respond to music. Software Engineer - LifeSpark Arena (Unity, C#) Fall 2014 Collaboratively programmed a moba-style mobile game on a graduate-level game project. Constructed an integrated chat system that allowed networked communication between users through a drag-and-drop UI interface. Engineer - ITP 485 Native Console Games (Visual Studio, C++) Spring 2015 Developed a 3D game in a primitive game engine utilizing Lua scripting and networking via TCP client-server interactions. Implemented the core gameplay mechanics and established level instantiation from a server-side ghost manager. Engineer - ITP 485 Game Engines (Visual Studio, C++) Fall 2015 Developed the functionality behind a basic game engine, including creating a SIMD math library, writing HLSL shaders and a pool block memory allocator. Setup the architecture for creating a game from library assets, and utilized it to create an interactive interface demonstrating rendering and animation features.
